By submitting a deposit of $250 USD to secure a place in the next Confident Parent 12  Week Program offered by Avery Russell of Stellamaris Coaching LLC( to be further referred as Coach), I (Full Name)____________________________________ (to be further referred as Coachee) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for attending and participating in the Confident Parent 12 Week Program.

            Private and Group Coaching-Sessions are an alliance partnership between the Coach and the Coachee in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Coachee to explore, consider and discuss different topics that maximize personal potential.

Coach responsibilities:

• Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by Positive Intelligence and the International Coach Federation “(ICF)”. www.coachfederation.org/ethics

 

Coachee Responsibilities:

• Coachee pays the agreed upon monthly or one time payment on time.

• Coachee is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and their Group Coaching session and interactions with the Coach.

• As such, the Coachee agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services, comments and/or suggestions provided by the Coach and/or by other Coachee participants in the Group Sessions.

• Coachee holds Coach harmless and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inactions taken by other Coachees attending the session.

• Coachee understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

• Coachee understands coaching is not financial or business advice and does not substitute for such advice.

   

Honesty:

• TheCoach and Coachee understand that inorder to enhance the coaching relationship, everyone agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and to participate fully in the session.

• Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
  • Coach and Coachees understand and agree to holding everything shared in the coaching sessions as confidential.
  • Coach and Coachees agree to respect and honor the intellectual property of the coach and/or coachees when intellectual property is shared during the session.
  • Everyone attending The Confident Parent sessions agree not to use or share information without express written consent from the party that shared the information.

   

Fees:

• Coachee agrees to pay the non refundable deposit of $250 USD and the agreed upon one time payment, or monthly payment by credit card transaction in exchange for the 12 weeks Confident Parent Program.

• There are no refunds or promise of monetary funds or services from the Coach to the Coachees.

Entire Agreement:

• This document reflects the entire agreement between the Coach and the Coachee and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered, or supplemented except in writing signed by both the Coach and the Coachee. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permissible assigns.
